OC Supervisor Lisa Bartlett is sponsoring the 8th Annual South County Disaster Preparedness Expo. On Saturday, October 17th from 09:00 - 12:00 at the Norman P Murray Community Center. Multiple agencies will be participating.
SOARA has a booth reserved, and we will be demonstrating HF radio, and explaining the role of Ham Radio in disasters. We will also have information about licensing classes and testing, as well as membership info.
