[Elmers] Building Mag Loop antenna

I am trying to build a Mag Loop Antenna for use in HOA restricted housing.I have made the loop of 3/8"id copper pipe. the primary loop is RG58 coax. I was trying to use a length of the coax as a capacitor, but found a reasonable priced open air variable capacitor.It is of course used and no instructions came with it. Did not realize it was a ganged capacitor. I cannot figure out how to wire it. I want the capacitors in parallel so I can have a wider frequency range.Used to be an electrician but this has me stumped. I have attached photos of all sides of the capacitor. Any help would be very gratefully appreciated.ThanksBob N5KZV
